The scope of the renovation
A full renovation that opened the apartment up to the sea views: part of the original layout was removed, an outdoor extension was added, new drywall partitions went up, and the old finishes were replaced with microcement and natural stone in the key spaces. The kitchen was left open to the living room and the bathrooms were fully renovated.
