The agency that manages our website and automations acts as a data processor: it receives a copy of every request sent through the form in order to operate and maintain these systems on our behalf.
In addition, the text of the messages we receive at info@reformasmenorca.es is automatically processed with OpenAI (OpenAI, L.L.C.), as a sub-processor, for the sole purpose of classifying incoming mail (for example, telling client enquiries apart from commercial mail). OpenAI provides safeguards under the GDPR through the Standard Contractual Clauses and does not use this data to train its models.
Beyond these processors, we do not share your data with third parties, except where legally required.
