Between 2 and 4 weeks. The range depends mostly on whether the layout changes —moving the toilet or the shower means reworking the drains— and on drying times if the finish is seamless microcement.
It depends on what is already there. With old lead or iron pipework it pays to replace the lot while the bathroom is open: doing it later means breaking the walls again. If it is in good condition, it stays.
No. We work on complete renovations, where we control the result from start to finish: the pipework, the waterproofing and the finish. A one-off tap or light change is better handled by a local fitter.
Walk-in, unless you specifically want the bathtub. There is no rim to step over —which matters with children or older people at home—, no edges for limescale to build up on, and the bathroom feels larger without gaining a single square metre.
